| Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards on our web site only. If you have problems with your credit card on the site. | Terms: All projects must be prepaid including shipping cost. Once received, you order will be processed within 2 days.

| Availability: All orders are available. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of an estimate time your project will be completed. Please be informed of holiday seasons such as Christmas, where orders will be in high volume. Get your orders in early. We will not be responsible for delayed orders during peak season. Occasionally, our store is closed a day or two before the holiday

Shipping: We use USPS and Fedex. Please allow 3 days for delivery. The customer incurs the shipping cost. We will email or call you once the shipment has been made. If a package is returned, the customer will incur the 20% restocking fee. You will have 3 delivery attempts. You can also arrange delivery with the carrier if you will not be available. If the package has to be reshipped, you will incur the charge as well. Please do not miss your delivery.

| C.O.D.'s: No C.O.D.'s accepted.

| Damages: All of our packages leave our facility in the best condition. If your package was damaged, contact us immediately. Return the damaged item and we can ship another product out for you.

| Returns: Since all of our products are custom made, we are unable to restock the item. If this happens to be error on our part, we will gladly reissue a store credit. Returning a product because of color is unacceptable due to variation of what a color might be (i.e,red- how deep or light the color should be). You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Store credit will be given.

| No rain checks will be given: All specials or sales are first come first served. Sometimes an item may be limited for our supplier. If we are not able to produce more, no rain check will be given. No substitutes will be given.

| Wholesale and Favors: Price breaks will be given for large quantities of any one item. No matter what item, there will be a $40 preparation fee. Call for individual inquires.
